Little Red Wagon Native Nursery: (Daily Volunteer Opportunity)
We currently need garden enthusiasts on a daily basis to help us support the efforts of Tampa Bay Butterfly Foundation’s conservation, research, and education efforts. High School students welcome!

BUTTERFLY ALLEY HABITAT MAINTENANCE
Every month, volunteers are needed to assist with maintaining the Butterfly Alley habitat (4110 W. Estrella St.), located behind Little Red Wagon Native Nursery. We will not be performing this task over the summer months and will resume in the fall.
CENTER FOR CONSERVATION MAINTENANCE
The Florida Aquarium, Tampa Bay Butterfly Foundation and FWC's Suncoast Youth Conservation Center are looking for volunteers to assist with habitat maintenance at Center for Conservation site of the Florida Conservation and Technology Center in Apollo Beach (529 Estuary Shore Lane) as well as their Adopt a Road site along Dickman Road.
ENCORE PARK
Volunteers are needed every month to help maintain a Tampa Bay Butterfly Foundation-sponsored butterfly garden at Encore Park located at 1210 E. Harrison St. (Corner of Harrison Street and Hank Ballard St.). We will not be performing this maintenance during the summer months and will resume in the fall.
BUTTERFLY WALK
Join Tampa Bay Butterfly Foundation and NABA Tampa Bay on a butterfly walk to continue our monthly monitoring of butterfly species at Gadsen Park in South Tampa. Registration is required. Free for NABA members, $5 for non-NABA members.
NATURE KIDS' CAMP ASSISTANTS
Adult or High School volunteers are needed to assist with our Nature Camps for children in Kindergarten to Grade 5. Assistants are needed from 7:45 am – 3:15 pm. We will have a planning meeting one week in advance of the camp (date and time TBD). Students under the age of 18 must download and complete the application form, below, to confirm parental consent.
